Bangaram was released on 3rd may 2006. It was
directed by Dharani and music scored by Vidhya Sagar.
Meera Chopra, Raaja, Reema Sen, Ashuthosh Raana, Mukhesh
Rushi and others are playing the support roles. Where Pawan Annaya done the
major role. This is an experimental film in telugu cinema. Generally telugu not
audience not prefer to saw the big hero’s movies without a lovestory and
heroing.
Eventhough it is action film..heroine must be placed in some
role and she must picturized 3 or 4
songs on lead pair.
Pawan Kalyan avoid this formula in bangaram movie and tried
in a different way. There are some female lead roles in the movie but hero and
heroine did not have a single duet also.
Generally in all love stories if one girl who is very nearer
to hero and loving another person at start of the movie generally director create
him as a cheater and reveal that secret at the pre climax and heroine start in
love with hero.
This is one formula which is following by our telugu
directors and hero’s from past few decades.
But Pawan Kalyan avoided this routine formula and tried his
best to make the film to near to outside society.
PLOT:
Bangaram(pavan kalyan) is a
reporter at a news channel. he dreams of getting into an international news
channel of BBC. On his own dream he ends at Peddi Reddy(Mukesh Rishi) who is an
factionest. he needs his signature to get his dream full filled but before that
he gets entangled with Peddi"s daughter Sandhya(meera chopra)and
Vindhya(Sanusha). later Bhooma Reddy(Ashutosh Rana) wins over Peddi's heart and
is able to convince him to marry Sandhya to him. but Sandhya has already got
her own love story with Vinay(Raja).
Bangaram
feeling guilty about foiling Sandhya's escape plan and mean looks of vindhya,
he finally helps her by taking her to the city. but then the villains are not
to far behind. later vinay also losses contact in a bomb blast. then Bangaram
is able to find Vinay with the help of a driver(Raghu babu) and his company.
but just then Bhooma kidnaps Vindhya(who just turns 18) and blackmails Bangaram
that he will marry her if Sandhya is not returned. but he later goes to Bhoooma
and able to save Vindhya and kill Bhooma which forms the climax.
In
the end it is reveled that, Bangaram finds his own love in the train journey.
